After moving to the Rogue Valley, he completed his X-Ray license and worked as a Lab Tech. Rudy also became CAOHC trained in hearing conservation and Full PFT Tech.
He has used his skills working family practices, Asante Health System, imaging centers, urgent cares, and with pediatrics.

My name is Candace, I have been in the medical field for 23 years. I started as a CNA and then went to college in beautiful Linn County and where I obtained my Medical Office Specialist certificate. I worked for Samaritan Health for 10 years before moving back to Grants Pass in 2018. I began working as a Medical Assistant for Northwest Family Practice two years ago. I enjoy hiking in the woods, days on the river and hanging out with my three beautiful children and my amazing granddaughter. I would eventually like to continue schooling and become an RN, but until then I am enjoying working beside our wonderful team and our amazing patients at Northwest Family Practice.
Southern Oregon has been my home since 1974 when I moved to Grants Pass after leaving Southern California and traveling thru the Midwest and Canada. I met my husband of 47yrs in Wonder Oregon. I am a Mother of 4 boys and 2 Stepsons. I have been part of the Medical Profession since 1986 .. when I worked at the old Southern Oregon Medical Center ER for 13yrs. I took a 2 year break and then went to work for Michael Petersen DO until his passing. From there I was hired for Hematology Oncology Associates for 16yrs, however I was not able to move forward with the Change to Asante due to not being vaccinated. I have joined a Great Team with NorthWest Family Practice doing their Medical Records, Referrals. And look forward to being here until I retire!
